As we expand our footprint, we're looking for a driven and capable Field Analyst to join our team and help us continue exceeding client expectations across the Western U.S.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Field Analyst to support our field service team with machinery alignments, in-place balancing, vibration testing, and other predictive maintenance services. This is a travel-heavy role, with primary work focused in Southern and Central California, along with occasional assignments in Northern California, Nevada, Arizona, and nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform machinery alignments, vibration analysis, and in-place balancing in various industrial settings
- Conduct routine and advanced predictive maintenance assessments
- Accurately collect and analyze data using industry-standard technologies
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional manner
- Maintain and manage equipment, company vehicle, and documentation
- Level 2 Vibration Analyst Certification (or the ability to obtain Level 2 shortly)
- Experience with predictive maintenance tools and technologies
- Comfortable working independently in the field and interacting directly with clients
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
- Strong communication and reporting skills
