This three-day course is catered to those who have purchased or are planning on purchasing an Adash VA3 2-Channel Vibration Data Collector for their in-house program. Topics include vibration theory, proper use of data collector, and modules on the analysis software and balancing capabilities.
Course Objectives Include:
- Understand the various failure modes that vibration monitoring can detect
- Become comfortable starting a vibration monitoring program, including route setup
- Become proficient using the Adash VA3 Data Collector as a monitoring tool
- Assign common alarm settings to machine data points
- Navigate the Adash analysis software to generate reports including alarm lists.
- Practice utilizing the balancing module on the Adash VA3
Adash VA4 4400 4-Channel Vibration Data Collector Training $995 per person
This three-day course is catered to those who have purchased or are planning on purchasing an Adash VA4 4-Channel Vibration Data Collector for their in-house program. Topics include maximizing use of data collector and modules on the analysis software and balancing capabilities. This course is for the more advanced analyst or technician and will have less vibration theory overview.
Course Objectives Include:
- Understand the various failure modes that vibration monitoring can detect and how to identify them
- Creating monitoring routes and frequency based on machine criticality
- Become proficient using the Adash VA4 Data Collector as a monitoring tool
- Assign common and customized alarm settings to machine data points
