ALL-TEST PRO 7™ Deenergized Motor Circuit Analysis™ (MCA) Testing Instrument

De-energized testing: Follow the onscreen instructions to make the connections at the MCC or directly at the motor and this powerful instrument immediately displays “OK” “WARN” or “BAD” based on our own alarm limits in 7 different electrical categories.  In addition to an Insulation to ground test, the instrument looks at Resistance, Impedance, Inductance, Phase Angle, Current Frequency Response and a Dynamic Stator and Rotor Signature.

A patented feature called Test Value Static (TVS) allows the operator to compare tests of identical motors either installed or uninstalled from a baseline.
There are 2 versions of the AT7: the AT7 Basic and the AT7 Pro.  Both instruments are designed for testing all types of motors with no limitation on Hp, Voltage or Distance from the MCC, and can test both uninstalled and installed motors. The AT7 Basic is specifically for Single- and Three-Phase AC motors only.  The AT7 Pro will test AC and DC motors, Transformers, Generators, Servo Motors and has a routing feature built in to it as well.

The ALL-TEST PRO 7™ includes:
- 3x Test Leads with heavy duty Kelvin Clips and push-pull connectors
- 1x Test Lead with 4mm safety plug and MC “Dolphin” clip
- Charging adapter, Universal input type 100-240VAC, output 9VDC @ 1.7A
- MCA Basic™ So‑ ware download certificate
- 1x USB cable 1m
